10x10 Clean Slate Book

You know what I love about designing?  I love the fact that there aren't really any rules!  I can create a book with loads of text and colors, or I can design something clean and simple.  In other words, I get to play and have lots of fun in the process!

The Clean Slate book is truly a "something for everyone" book.  This 30-page coffee table book is filled with layouts that allow your image to be at center stage.  And because there is no text on any of the pages you really get double the pages.  Just rotate each layout upside down and you have another layout to work with!  Don't have enough images to fill 30-pages?  That's o.k...pick the layouts you want to use the book and save the rest for another client!

Now...I know there are some clients who love color or just want a little something extra in their book.   I really wanted this to be a "something for everyone" book so I included hidden color layers.  That's right...HIDDEN COLOR layers.  (Oh, boy...I'm sounding like an infomercial!!  Somebody stop me!!)  All you have to do is click on the "color layer" in your layers pallette and select any color to fill the designated areas.  Most often the color will appear in a stripe..sometimes thick, sometimes thin.  Whatever the color, it is there to bring extra attention to your photos and can be completely customized for each session.

I think I'll stop talking now and just show you some sample pages from the book.  Again, there are 30-pages total.  Each page comes all white, but the hidden color layers allow you to add color accents to each and every page.  Oh, and just in case you have a hard time picking colors for the book?  I'm throwing in 12 color combos for a variety of clients (baby girl, baby boy, bright girl, bright boy, urban chic, family, you name it!).

Family Album

Coffee table books are something I held off on presenting to my clients as they can be so very time consuming to put together. The past few months I've made an effort to show sample albums to clients and Im still a bit shocked by how many of my clients are ordering them! They have proven to be an excellent addition to my price list.

I've had a few requests from people to create an album suitable for a family photo session. It was something I definitely needed to add to my own line-up so I went right to work on creating one. My goal in designing this album was to create something timeless. Using clean lines and a mix of fonts and phrases I feel I've done just that...created an album that won't look dated in a few years time. This is important as I want my clients to cherish their book for many years to come!

This 20-page 10x10 coffee table style book comes complete with photo clipping masks which means assembling the album will be a breeze. Simply copy and paste the images into the photo area, resize and it's done. All pages are saved in layers so all text, fonts are completely customizeable.
